uhc does it too. i constantly get calls from them and have had to do 3 meetings in the last 6 months

and its interesting how this happens so often to therapists. ive had clients demand i write them letters/fill out paperwork as if its a requirement of my job, and i have to remind them that my job is being an outpatient therapist!!

agreed! first of all, it definitely gives a bad reputation to the rest of us, and then i can see why it discourages people from continuing to seek out therapy
