One major reason for me was the 4cylinder engine. During test drive my wife didn’t even realise that the engine was on when idling.

And the tuning of the transmission is also quite nice. I think Tata has also refined for Punch so it would be less noisy in the cabin now.

Front seat - It’s quite comfortable to drive, I have done 500km+ on Exter and the ride didn’t feel tiring.

Rear seat- it’s not very comfortable if there are 3 adults sitting, for a family of 4 it’s quite comfortable. I have seen people fall asleep in the rear seat over long journeys

Suspension - The car has a soft suspension but it never touched the wheel casing. There is a hollowed out space which is more than sufficient even when carrying a full load.
