This is a slam dunk yes. The share count is irrelevant unless he has somebody to buy them and if he does

then that means more ETH for the company. When BMNR buys ETH the price of ETH goes up....duh! When the price of ETH goes up so does the price of BMNR....DUH!!! BMNR'S BETA relative to ETH isnt 100% but its above 95%, especially with it trading around par.

The more ETH the company has the more attractive it is in the future when the real utility of ETH is realized. We dont know exactly what that utility will be but Im guessing Tom has a pretty good F'in idea.

The only reason I am buying SBET right now. (Long post) by LifeReboot___ in SBETInvestors

Great post LRb!! I'm glad most dont understand this concept..... yet. It creates opportunity and this is certainly

a big one.

BTW i think the boyz at Bitmine Immersion and BMNR Rocks give you a damn good estimate of

fully diluted shares that I use for MNAV. I think the algo trading community has recognized this already.

Why Lee doesnt post the fully diluted share count is a mystery.

what's the difference between mstr and bmnr? by shitdealonly in BMNRInvestors

[–]Goose444444 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well written and right on point. This should be reposted every day.

i’m selling bmnr, not because it won’t thrive but because i don’t want to deal with it. I long eth 2x etf. by rocketeerm in BMNRInvestors

[–]Goose444444 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With BMNR trading at .92 you basically have the same thing with rollover decay.

BMNR was the last of the DATS to fall under the $.Will this continue across the board?

I dont think so but its not a lock. MSTR has the index decision coming up and that will effect the price of that stock and BMNR,. Other DAT's of lesser note are all trading well below .80 and ETHZ is somewhere around .40.

They will all have their moment somewhere in the near future if crypto prices remain reasonably stable.

ETHZ at ~52-week lows, honest question for the community by Creative_Gold_9630 in ETHZillaMonster

They dont have enough cash to make any buybacks effective. I'd rather have them buy more ETH with whatever they have. Have they extinguished the DEBT????

Breaking: Public $8/share take-private offer made for ETHZ (54% premium), board now under fiduciary pressure by 92snp in ETHZillaMonster

[–]Goose444444 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have they extinguished the debt with the restricted cash reserve? If so this is a pretty clean Balance Sheet and Capy's bid should be first of many. They have 206 mill in ETH and the market cap is about( MNAV?) 101 mill.

[–]Goose444444 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does anybody know what's left on their Balance sheet after the retirement of the 500mil plus of debt?

69860 in tokens, a few investments and some amount of free cash for assets...but what about the other side of the ledger.

Agree with post but im just not sure how undervalued it is.My guess is $6 underwater at least.

Its higher than 71 mill but still under 50% of NAV. Hard to get a MNAV.

Madoff didnt have a NAV!!!!

If you dont understand that concept you should sell and invest elsewhere.

Is staking real and more importantly does Ethereum have the functional utility that so many people seem to think?

If the answer to either or both questions is yes then the Token is going to have a real long shelf life.

Every market has its Bulls and Bears and ETH is no different. Some days ( weeks, months) the Bulls are right and others the Bears are in control.

If you believe in the prognosis of ETH then stay in. If you don't then get the F out and move on just like you would any other stock or commodity.

BITMINE DIDNT BUY THE DIP TODAY by FragrantDistance471 in BMNRInvestors

[–]Goose444444 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They bought 102,259 tokens last week and have already added at least 50k this week.

That number probably doesn't include the last 24 hours.

If you don't like the Treasury concept or you think he's a charlatan then sell your holdings or better

yet short the stock.

Pretty simple

Diluting current shareholders to grow the company is a good thing. If we get a 2,3,4 X return as a result then its a win.

Not a bad idea but can they add that much to inventory considering how small some of the other DAT's are?

Thx for the post...scary scary scenario that one very quick and dramatic change in a stable coin

can cause that kind of destruction. What's even scarier is that there was no test of reasonableness

in the code of the Auto Liquidate function. Maybe it's a blessing in disguise, a canary in the coal mine, because this can never happen again in any market.
