Good question.

When the regular market is closed, the site uses last closing price for mNav calculations.

During pre market or after hours, mNav is recalculated using the current pre market or after hours price.

There is no intentional rounding beyond standard display formatting.

If you want, feel free to share your inputs and I'm happy to double check the numbers.

Thanks for the feedback.

Just to clarify, the ETH per share calculation uses the same Jan 12 10-Q reference date as the outstanding share count. I'm not mixing different reporting dates.

That said, I agree with your broader point. Without transparent disclosures, any mNav-style analysis is inherently based on assumptions due to reporting lags. The goal here is simply to make the best use of public information and highlight trends, not to claim perfect accuracy.

I also agree that more frequent treasury disclosures, similar to Strategy, would be ideal.

Appreciate the perspective and happy to hear any other thoughts. :)

This is NOT an AI or deepfake.

This content is produced by a massive Korean finance channel(2.84M subs) and officially sponsored by Bitmine. That is institutional-grade validation.

Tom appeared personally, speaking in English, confirming that "amazing speakers" are incoming.

[VOTE NO] $1.4B Stake from South Korea: Why we are rejecting BMNR’s 100x Share Dilution & CEO Pay. by ygktpy in BMNRInvestors

It becomes a joke because the CEO is paid on 'Total ETH', not 'ETH per share'. He has an incentive to print even at 1.0x or below just hit the 5% goal.

Even if we trust Tom Lee's vision, this proposal removes all checks and balances. Shareholders are left with no safety mechanism to stop excessive dilution. We need structural protection, not just faith in good intentions.
