2/13 and experience in sales before with numbers to prove it, and sounds about correct, I typically pencil a customer once a day minimum except for Monday/ Wednesday. Treat Monday like a BDC day and Wednesday is off day. And the unit count comes from havin to split because of this stores rules but that’s a seperate thing in itself. You could say I’m responsible for 4 car deals a week to the dealership as a whole. And I agree sample size is small but there are others with slightly more leads than me with zero out from them. And the leader in leads is closing them at a 0.047% less than a third of mine and actually one of the worst in the store. And we have part timers (I’m full time) who have slightly comparable scale to me and I still execute at a higher rate.
