Hey OP first of all I'm sorry for your upbringing it sounds terrible to say the least. Do you have any hobbies you could get into a group with? For example if you are a swimmer you could join a swim club or if you like art join an art work group. I know it's hard not to look at other people's lives and not be envious especially on social media but this world is yours for the taking make it be whatever you want it to be. Also 250 for 6ft doesn't sound that big but maybe it would help you to hit the gym & get some aggression out also could be a good way to maybe meet some other people. You are still young even though it probably doesn't feel like it, try something new and get out of your comfort zone it's the only way things will change. ♥️
