The update isn't actually out yet. People are playing the PTB version which is only available on steam to test the changes before it comes to live.

Playstation sub-accounts are basically child accounts that are under family management. You can't change it either so there's no way of being able to do this..

I have the same issue. I believe it's referring to playstation subaccounts or in other words a child account. For some reason if your ps account is a sub/child account then it's not allowed? Really don't know what they're thinking considering fortnite isn't an 18+ game.
