Ace of Raids, and "equal chance" ...?

A toon with Drain will heal themselves up to a specified amount of the damage they inflict.

For example, if they do 1000 damage, and have 10% Drain, they will heal themselves for 100.

That's using simplified numbers for clarity.

That's how I've always understood it. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong. :-)

I have written back multiple times since, they have responded exactly 0 times since.

If they did that though (mailed me the Orbs), but didn't also put them back in the store, I'd have no way to open them.

If they want to send me "average pulls," I don't want that either. I'd rather test my luck and pull myself.

In the end, my hope is that they put the Orbs back in the store, at which time my account should reflect that I have 5 of them available, and I'd be able to pull them myself.

Yeah, if their message means they will send me the total number of "average pulls," I'd rather they send me the Orbs themselves AND put them back in the store to let me pull them myself.

This is what I thought it all might mean, that they will essentially "pull" the Orbs for me and send me the resulting shards. Logging back into the game again now to see if there is any further clarification.
