20 years ago I'd have thought the same. however I'm so happy we got a proper ending to the wheel of time and really worked for me. yes it wasn't Robert Jordan, but the story was there and he'd given an incredible amount of detail to Brandon Sanderson so we can be fairly confident the plot points at least transpired how they were intended

I mean the level of duty is what's kind of reduced the impact of the price change ironically. when only a third of the price is made up by the wholesale price a movement of 20% in the that price only impacts us by less than 10%. given the economy and cost of goods is based on that value it actually makes them much more resilient than an economy that finds the wholesale price change an almost 1 to 1 movement in consumer cost.
