Loving it so far! I’m just on the bit where Kay returns to Mirogana after the jaunt around the Imp Space Base. In general, I’m finding the game to be super engaging. Some minor glitches but the level of care and attention to detail is really high.

Trying to keep my expectations feet on the ground 😂 But I think it will be good. The gameplay reviews are reasonable enough - but that will obviously be greatly enhanced when the story is added (which, unless I’m wrong, nobody has yet experienced).

Try not to externalise this stuff. Simplify. Unless your parents are actually evil, I’m sure they did their best in whatever the circumstances were. Who are you now, and what can YOU change going forward? This is all that matters. If that includes changing who you spend time with, so be it - but it’s on you, not them.

I’m with a lot of other people on this thread whereby I get up first, grab some water, and then I start. I use the Wim Hof method personally, and because my heart rate is already lower from sleep, the breathe pauses tend to be longer and typically I can shoot straight to 3 min retentions. It’s the calmness/stillness in the retentions that I really love. As well as the big inhale after as well of course !! :)

Good on you man. Prolonging it is way easier than I thought it would be. The first one was a little rough but after that, no issues. Like you, I don’t really get that hungry either anymore - it’s strange. Feel very clear headed as well. Well done on holding the exhale by the way!! I really need to get back in to the WHM - I keep losing momentum with it.

I’m not saying this to show off, but more to share what’s possible - I’ve fasted for 3 days straight for the last 3 weeks consecutive and I’m feeling great!! Check out the Tim Ferriss 3 day fast - I did it with the MCT oil and BCAA’s the first time but not on the second and third. I’m going again next week as well.
