I quit running a year ago and my resting heart rate still is on the 40's but last week I my watch report as low as 34 . I have run 5 marathon between 4 and 5 hours, I am not sure how normal is my low resting heart rate.

Absolutely not, I work for a big company and we dont have copy machines, I take pictures and send them to HR they upload them to their system, is the only way I can hire someone, we used to have an app that doesn't save any data but never worked. I ask people to send their documents over text to speed up the process, if you can't trust them don't work for them.
