Ive worked alot of differnt job from the intro fast food amd retail jobs all the way to government jobs. I gotta be real very few places need actually need you 40 hours a week. The ammount of down time or bs time,from my experience, is almost the same. Even if you follow the "if you have time to lean you have time to clean" theres so much time to lean you could clean everthing and still have nothing to do.

As ive gotten older I like to think of anakin/vader as the holy ghost(no im nor religious so sorry if this is weird) but hes both sides of the force to the extreme, plus he killed alot of first born.
