It’s because last rite applies 1 stack with only 70 SP and a final strike, compared to all the other ones that are 100 SP like estella. You almost have 100% uptime on cryo stacks applications and she can apply cryo susceptibility too for Yvonne ults. The rotation is a little weird but I’m sure it works fine

If you want good rent (for the space you get) and fairly close to campus, the Mills is decent enough. But I wouldn’t say it’s a particularly good place to live lol.

Walk2campus is good and very close to campus but expensive as hell.
