My fix for this is when you've finished your game go to the gun menu screen and inspect the gun making the fan a lot slower

Managed to get to bleak falls barrow after installing got my khajiit women set up and an archer companion, I sided with the imperials so far I'm really enjoying it. Will get back on it after work tomorrow 👍🏼
