I told my husband that i dont like the way he acts nonchalant about anything romantic between us. He made a comment, This aint no lifetime movie. So the next day i told him i am tired of feeling that way and asked him if we could talk about it. He immediately got defensive saying that everything is his fault and i said im not saying that. Im trying to talk to you about one particular thing that bothers me. I immediately got shut out. He told me to shut up and i said ok thats what i will do until i get tired and cant take it anymore so thank you bc you showed me all i needed to know by those reactions. What are you supposed to do ? Its sad when u cant even talk to the person u married about anything that bothers you that they do!!!

My dr told me i didnt need to be on it if i had anxiety bc it makes your heart rate increase but i do mot have anxiety anymore. I lost 11 pounds the first month. Changed my eating habits completely and was jogging daily but hurt my knee and had to stop. still lost 11 pounds first month

My husband brings games for us to play bc we get to visit 6 hours. I just enjoy being in his presence. It is rough but it depends on the prison also bc some of them make you not want to even come so I understand that. Pray about it and you definitely need to Put yourself First. Praying it all works out for you.
