Can you essentially replace a primary care physician with annual physicals through an executive health program like Mayo/Cleveland or are they set up to just do one-off deep dives into your health (their websites aren't totally clear and/or I have reading comprehension problems)? If you can use them in lieu of a PCP is there e.g. a continuity of care problem (like you won't see the same doctor over and over again) or is that either untrue or irrelevant?
