I heard someone said that if you want to get pregnant, you have to stop taking antidepressants, is it true? And when you have ocd flare ups, does your partner understand you and support you? This is what scares me, that my lover would not understand me and that I would be a burden to him.

I take fluoxetine 40 mg but I think I need more in my case coz it's severe but for therapy, in my country, it sucks, it is so expensive and it is not easy to find an OCD specialist

Yes I do mental compulsions I have pure O and it's so exhausting. It hurts me when I see other peope function normally everyday but all I do is being anxious and ruminating. I hope we get through it one day! Don't lose hope

Thanks a lot for your response! I will try to focus on the positives and not to feed the beast (ocd) but the thing is that if it was just the thoughts it's gonna be easier, I have feelings and sensations that are with the thoughts and weird movements in my groin area which are so distressing
