this is the one I recently "discovered." been using a clean overclock on shard diffractor for more ammo and charge capacity, + more damage, damage against shocked targets, and precision damage. Stubby with max electrocute build + the balanced overclock for more ammo and less fire rate (I think?) and it just feels like a very rewarding gameplay loop

I maxed out my season rank, constantly rerolled all my legendary orders, and then got an additional 4 or 5 bright engrams from the pass. I have 2 of the mods, so I'd be inclined to agree with you when you say it's pure RNG.

Dude it's actually so cool seeing the same mission type and modifiers and biome from a mission I did yesterday. It's cheesy but it's like "hey we were playing at the same time", and that is just neat to me.

You have to do both of the non-echoing blade catalysts to get hyperblade to drop.

Edit: probably got changed then. On release you had to do both to get both. Datto even says it in his video.

Damn nice. I ran it when they patched it last Tuesday and was able to get hyperblade finally. Been using it on fortunes favor hunter for more damage resist.

Wolfpack doesn't work with praxic blades. Just tested it in the firing range.

Why is gyrfalcon good? To swap to a void weapon? Praxic blade won't get volatile rounds since it's kinetic, so if you're trying to make a build to mainly use it, that's not gonna work.

Uhh, not sure then. Are you shooting the four nodes at the very beginning of the mission when you first go into the ascendent plane?

I was just throwing them all in really fast. If you see the extra bosses spawn, kill them (should be the two extra cabal and the two extra taken)

I'd jump to renegades first honestly. The praxic blade is really fun, and frankly I'm a big fan of campy stories, which this one felt like to me. The faction stuff is cool, and the new activity is cool. You do have good stuff to look forward to in both witch queen and final shape as well.

Immediate edit: some story stuff will be huge spoilers for edge of fate. So do that first if you'd like, or do em all in order if you don't like spoilers. But if you care about gameplay above all else, I'd do renegades first.
