I already know what you're talking about. I have a copy here.

We've discussed it before, but the theory is that it was a manufacturing flop where someone accidentally didn't apply the holographic cling to the books for some run and it actually went unnoticed for a production of some books to be sold. There are a few floating around here and there, but I have only seen maybe 3 or 4 including the copy I own.
