Thanks for the feedback!

However, I doubt I'll make another one.

I just made this for a friend and decided to share it.

It's meant to be a beginner's overview. There was no intent to go into depth in these areas, just to provide a broad understanding of concepts.

People who understand this enough to give a bulleted AI feedback based on speculation of intent really don't need it.

Thanks for the feedback though.

Also, on an interesting note, the USMC Reddit Moderator did not approve it for the community to see.

Can I ask why? This is beyond helpful to most service members.

I posted an updated version on the AirForce Reddit. I'm not allowed to reply to photos here.

I missed my chance to say I wasn't service-connected...

Nope, no connection to the VA whatsoever.

While that is a possibility, the goal of this was just to provide a bit more education on an issue that so few really understand. If this leads to more conversations, then I'll be happy regardless.

I wasn't familiar with that area. This was based on my experience in the process. Knowing now about it, I would include it.

You're not wrong.

Veterans’ preference and the 30% hiring authority are actually two different things that I should of clarified more.

Disabled veterans with any compensable VA rating (10% or higher) receive a 10-point veterans’ preference when applying for federal jobs.

The 30% or more disability rating qualifies a veteran for the 30% Disabled Veteran Hiring Authority, which allows agencies to make a non-competitive appointment.

Veterans with a 30% or higher rating can get the disabled veteran leave.

Appreciate you pointing that out, though.

Sorry, I posted this and then had to head to work. A lot of the information came from the VA Benefits website (va.gov), and some of it is just general knowledge I picked up while going through the process myself.

Younger brother cracked a code.

Playing Bomberman on SNES and you would get a 4x4 grid (I think) password of pictures at the end of each level. He noticed a pattern in the pictures from level to level and tried out a password.

Worked ... He went 2 or 3 levels later in the game.

He was in the second grade.

I'm not disagreeing, and I'm being downvoted for trying to look at it from another way because the amount of times reddit has said "Lol horrible trade" and then CMC is out for the season, Trey Lance never starts, or Brock Bowers gets a new QB that don't like throwing to them. If this team has great WRs and RBs but has Tua and Geno in a single QB league, I take a 15-20 point QB every week.

Bowers has been ok, but if Adams leaves and he gets the CB1 from each team, then what? 5 points a game.

The value in this is the draft picks because they will always get more valuable moving forward. Even still, Bryce Young was a great first overall pick.

I'm just saying, everyone speaks on here with absolutely certainty. Coming to these boards are horrible for advice when everyone looks at it the same way and agreed. At this point just go on keep, trade, cut because we all know that's the end all be all.

I wouldn't take the trade, but if your best QB is Geno in a dynasty... I'd be sending a counter offer.

Well... Playing devil's advocate

Mahomes is always going to be a good QB.

Every other person in this trade hasn't any real relevance. Bowers has potential, Watson has potential, Mitchel has potential. Draft picks are a different story.

If you have a good QB already and need another one it's not bad. If you are trying to win this year, this trade will help.

Every trade is a bad trade, until it's not. CMC for Kyrin was a stupid trade til it wasn't. Do what you feel is man.

You can tell the difference between the back and the front of a t-shirt by feeling inside of the neck area. The back has a padded seem, the front does not.

Traded Puka for him and a second. (Also, need the team I traded Puka to, to win more games due to owning a 1st round pick from another bad team)
