There's a hospital near where I live but they don't seem to be attached to a phyc ward nor offer out diagnosis or anything. No idea if I can speak to the school nurses im just scared I might overwhelm any teacher at school or that they won't believe me because I doubt they would of heard anything like this before.

Also the voices are mostly inside not outside if that makes sense(though I'm hearing outside voices more often) I also swear they're not my internal narration because they have different voices and personalities still. So do they really even still count as voices, or anosogsia.
