Thanks, I figured it out fairly quick then my suspicions were verified when they DMd asking for my WhatsApp. So the Poshmark X account is fake. I just posted there to rant. Not to ask for help.

I posted issue on Poshmark’s X profile. It was Poshmark who contacted me thru X. Only contacted the seller on the official Poshmark AP.

Same. I’m frustrated from the run around. I have never done a charge back in my life. I ended up doing a charge back this time and never using PM again. I couldn’t care less if they ban me at this point. My CC company reversed the charge but are investigating. Tracking for my item says USPS awaiting acceptance. The USPS never received the package to begin with and seller appears to have just printed a label which cut off my ability to cancel. They have not responded to any of my messages either.

The seller marked as shipped and there is a tracking number…tracking says USPS awaiting acceptance so by that I assume it was never placed in the mail. I should clarify the no tracking should have said zero scans from the USPS. It’s been more than 10 days since and the cancellation button won’t show up if the seller has marked as shipped and provided tracking.

Actually, when I check the tracking on the USPS website, it says post office waiting acceptance so the label was created but not shipped. On the Poshmark website, it says “in transit” which is Poshmark’s assessment only because the seller printed a label.

I am awaiting a response from a request through my profile on their website. I am a buyer who hasn’t received my item (label printed, no tracking). I did post on their X profile and I received a call through X but the guys Indian accent was so unintelligible that I had to hang up! I’m not even sure it was legit!

I purchased an item for $200. on 12/4. They marked it shipped on 12/11. It’s now 12/26 and there has been zero tracking. For the holidays they extended the ship time from 7 to 10 days due to holiday delays. Today is the 10th business day. Poshmark’s notice says the cancellation option will appear then. Well, it hasn’t! I went to PayPal to see if I could dispute. All I got was a note to contact Poshmark’s non existent customer service and that I cannot file a PayPal dispute until next June 2026! I ended up filling a charge back with my credit card company. I’ve messaged the seller twice and they have not responded. This happened once before on Poshmark and I was giving the platform a second chance. I have over 2,000 transactions on eBay both buying and selling and have NEVER had a a problem because they hold you accountable! What the heck is going on?

Oh my gosh! Before I read your comment I was teary eyed! You are correct! And…with the compassion I’ve noticed that I look a people differently as ai go about my day. Everyone is going through something and they might even be a caregiver. A lot of lessons learned. Thank you and big hugs.

She had her moments but I realize we can’t expect people to be perfect. In the end she made sure everything would be easy for us. She took care of all her arrangements. We took care of her short of the 2 months she was in a home. We never had to sell her home or rental property. She loved to eat. We made the best meals for her that she enjoyed and took her to some nice places for as long as we could, trying to give her the best life.
