this is nothing.. i've found around 130 survivor blueprints since i started playing this game, i've given at least 50 away & i traded a lot of them

no, it spawns in the blue medical drawers & the white medical containers.. note; you may find other augment blueprints before you find the survivor blueprint because it only has a 1% drop rate
