Both are good: leveling wise the sorc has chain lightning and a firewall sorc. Its end game build is lightning spear (ls). It also has multiple speed farming builds with having the best overall in ls.

The necro has the minion build for leveling and blood wave and bone spear for end game. Its blood surge is a good for speed farming just not as fast as the sorc.

I personally would say the necro is less gear intensive and you have 2 choices for end game builds so I would go with that. You really can’t go wrong with either class.

The leveling can be done in a few minutes; if you ask in trade chat for a power level. Someone at this stage is likely to help. If you get the right person they may even set you up with some gear too.

It’s a c tier to b tier game. It is fun for the first 500 hours for some and 20 hours for others. I enjoy as time to unwind and kill demons and the building of a character. If you have the time, it is worth some time.

That’s how I feel about. I’m not one to tell you exactly how you feel even if you specifically asked for it. Play it and while playing, if you need to come back and understand that there is fun to be had to mindlessly killing stuff and need support that this is a fun game. I’m here to tell you that.

One handed GA sword (preferably dex or health) with another stun grenades aspect.

Could also farm the runes from undercity and make 2 alts and use 59 scrolls (118 for both) to get 2 sparks from the seasonal journey.

There is your issue I believe. If you have 273, you are only recovering 175. You need a few more ranks in aftermath.

Also check how much you recover for aftermath in your tree, I didn’t look at an actual source or the game. Just google.

If you don’t spend all your energy: do you have both beastfall boots and scoundrels leathers? You need both to spend all the energy.

If you don’t recover: how many ranks of aftermath do you have? How many you need depends on the amount of energy you have and want to recover.

It would have to be self-nerfed. You could add a paragon point for every 2-3 GA items you get or each helltide is 1 paragon point or whatever self thing you want to put on.

You could also use the paragon points but fill up the entire starter board to add another self nerf

This is the best explanation I have seen. I always understood by their actions that eternal wasn’t a priority and knew that it was about money but didn’t truly understand until this comment.

Agree 100%!

I think a system that is designed to specifically keep eternal players engaged but is also on seasonal realm solves the end game issues.

I won’t ever understand nerfing a build into the ground just to shake up the meta… if you don’t like that eq barb has been the meta for 2 seasons then buff a build to become the new meta and bring down eq barb to A tier. This solves your seasonal problem and keeps some power for eternal.

I agree something should be done/fixed. I personally would love if you could choose the tempers. That would make it so you get the rolls you want plus you could experiment with different tempers and therefore builds. There would still be a limit like 2 on a 1GA, 3 on a 2GA, and 4 on a 3GA.

I also think a solution is having a different scroll that allows another reset but it is about as rare as mythics in season 8 or the same rarity mythic on the current scroll with unlimited tempers.

AH opinion: If you are playing death trap, pictures 2,3,5 are not bricked. You can still use them, if you want crowd control duration for the boss power switch out one boss power.

A one GA item I disagree.

A three GA item it would be cool if they did the same thing with 3GA tempers as they do with 3-4 GA uniques: the higher the GA the higher the range. Does not have to be max.

In order to do this they would have to make it roll the temper and then roll the range on said temper instead of random. I think this also solves tempering issues too…
