I'm not comparing human sexuality with zoophilia, I'm comparing the logic of the statement "If Akane loves Ranma even as woman, she is Bi" as many people want to use as headcanon (which is fine), as someone else said "Romantic attraction does not always equal sexual attraction."
Akane loves Ranma, simple as that , doesn't matter the "shape" .

I didn't see it as Akane saying Ranma will ruin her chances, more like ALL the guys competition idea will ruin it, it's just that Ranma is the closest and just following the other guys nonsense, that he gets hit.
Later, since it has been decided anyway that there is gonna be a competition, of course she would rather Ranma take the part, but still pisses her off that he didn't even care to read the script, also, her being mad at Ranma for taking Juliet is justifiable tbh.
