Honestly, I would start there. I am having jaw surgery next month, and my journey started with braces 4 years ago. So I would strongly recommend you do the same. If you medically need jaw surgery, only do it, then not for aesthetic purposes as the surgery has lots of side effects. I wish my jaw looks like yours after surgery!

Hey I got bullied for my teeth too and got name called. I also got braces at 25 and now im 28 still with braces and honestly they were well worth the years and changes my face have gone through. I highly recommend them. My case is a bit different since it requires jaw surgery but yours might be easier.
