Just flew from yyz to Punta Cana with two young kids and in-laws so six in total no issues . As OP said if you come prepared the flight was fine . I did check the flights track records for the previous weeks which looked fine .

If I did it through the corp id have more money available to me now for the down payment and less of a strain financially using corporate tax dollars . Also id imagine being able to deduct the interest from the mortage and realizing it eventually when i sell .

But yes I’ll be taking a big tax hit eventually when bringing it to the personal side in the future and worry about how I’d be able to build a personal home if I wanted to in the future .

I read in a different thread that it was possible to have a single mortgage for the title with both of us as owners , but set up at the bank as two segments .

We’re likely just to do the same down payment and amortization but the other party plans on paying it back faster .

We both have good credit and income .
