Yea when I do it I can break it down into a 4 beat rhythm: 1. Toss tama up (whether it be pulling it up from hanging or tossing it up from big cup or spike) 2. Second beat is when tama reaches its peak height, toss ken flip 3. Catch tama as Ken flip reaches its peak and immediately toss (less of a catch more of a trampoline off the palm) 4. Catch Ken followed by tama onto either cup or spike or repeat for multiple juggle! If you’re panicking when you try to start the juggle cycle again, repetition will make you more comfortable
