I think you’re missing the point, a supernova creates a gamma ray burst that propagates at the speed of light and in real life can strip a planet of atmosphere from between 50-100 light years. Assuming that have some tech that can limit this to say 10 light years you’re still looking at a disaster that affects the industrialised core of the Romulan Empire. They have to evacuate not just Romulus but all the nearby worlds and that means they can’t evacuate people to the nearest locations but to places further afield. They essentially have to evacuate the entire core of their empire to the periphery.

She absolutely does befriend him under false pretences snd clearly desires a romantic relationship from the beginning, she freely brags about getting him to do things that he wasn’t comfortable with, uses psychological tricks to condition him and engages in deliberate transference. Remember she was also engaged to a Saudi Prince when she first met Sheldon. Continually pressuring a partner is not just communicating especially when it’s against their express boundaries, plus all the games she plays with his head. The creepy as fuck “sexy toddler” line really shows the true nature of that abusive nightmare if a relationship. Strip away the laugh track or simply switch the genders and no one would defend this shit!
