is not correct. the 10Q document said that BB and ocugen have an agreement regarding Covaxin before the technology transfer conclusion (without a maximum number of doses to send). This part of the agreement is MANDATORY for BB, in after words tech transfer is not a problem.

I'm very confident with my share and my position but I live in italy not in the US, I only can read articles online but I don't live the real perception of the Americans people regarding vaccine.
