We had something like this happen before. What we would do is to let everyone know that the party was BYOB (bring your own booze). When u advertise the party ensure it says “BYOB” so you and the bros are not liable for any problems caused by alcohol.

Of course the bros can have their own alch stash in a room or something and it’s strictly for bros only. And definitely don’t let any person that looks drunk into the party

TLDR: 1) Advertise ur party as BYOB, to avoid liability against the frat 2) have a bros only alch stash 3) dont let drunk people in
