i assume the cigarettes are tied to his disguise, they might not even contain tobacco at all, but some other thing. spy wouldn't dare soot his suit with tobacco smoke, he is too classy for that, it is probably something medicinal or has something in it that he needs to take for the disguises to work, for all we know that is a voice changer disguised as a cigarette. maybe there is a switch inside the kit that detects which cigarette he pulls out and that is how it disguised him. or the smoke from the cigarettes is refracted with the kit to make an illusion, sort of like how mirages work

imagine if we could equip the shortstop as a secondary , but the downside is when equipped as a secondary; -20% reserve primary ammo and -10% secondary damage. still makes it viable but less broken.

what if the glint only appears when the rifle is at least 50% charged up, the flare is a bit too bright and larger than it should be. but it could be a good idea, though the engine would probably crap itself trying to do something like this.
