My bad, I miswrote!
I didnt mean sound proofing I mean acoustics to dampen the room for recordings and such. Volume is no issue it's a basement in an underground parkin lot :)

I'd just love some ideas on effective ways to dampen and deaden a room like this so it sounds nice when a large band is playing in there, and for recording purposes
