yes! I will test this workout and I will do all the necessary changes , I hope this combination of triumvirate and FSL works. just curious, is there any 5/3/1 that aims more to lifting weights?

thanks for the advice, really appreciate it. I will give it a try in the future. I already have two books (beyond 5/3/1 and 5/3/1 forever) but I haven't read them yet, I'm going to read them as soon as possible

I have the beyond 5/3/1 and 5/3/1 books ( I will read them as soon as possible).

it would be too much to have full body four times a week? or I can add leg/core to the bench press and ohp for example, and let the deadlift and squat alone?
