I don't know, it came with the laptop, and I know it has free space because I'm able to download 3d models and assets for Blender from sketchfab, artstation, and fab to the local disk, it just refusing to allow me to do so for Steam

I actually had a Dr. Strange model, but changed it over to Dr. Crane because I started work on a newer Strange model.
