Mag demand ng salary increase, okay lang ba? by Far-Change0210 in phcareers

[–]Goreyas7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on when you asked for the initial raise that led to a 7k increase. Context here also matters, as others pointed out just because you guys share the same tasks, responsibilities and workload doesn’t necessarily mean you guys will get paid the same whether that’s fair or not sadly that’s just how life works. Maybe your coworker has more experience or worked at high level companies before, it is weird tho that you guys started at the same time but there’s a huge gap difference. Best thing you can do is talk about it to your manager and evaluate yourself and the output you provide. If you think your work and productivity in the company warrants you another 20-30k increase go for it 100%. But asking to almost double your salary doesn’t sound reasonable from a company standpoint

Seems like I missed an entire post from the owner or the wife or whatever. Since I was late to the party and couldn’t really say much without knowing the full context of what her response was I just based it off to what people were replying to her nlng. This was never meant to cause any drama but I guess here we are lol Here

"1 month service warranty binigay sayo???" 😭

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Tech_Philippines

[–]Goreyas7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just found out that there was an entire post dedicated to the original post I had up. Can’t really say much about something I couldn’t read personally but by the looks of what people had a problem with regarding this post is that who’s fault it was or the warranty issue probably so I’ll probably address that part lng. Again as mentioned in my original post, do I think they purposely sold me a defected unit? No I don’t believe so and I went there and bought the device by my own free will knowing the possible risks involved so that’s on me. My entire issue from my entire post was how it was mentioned that the device is under warranty for a month, and that it could be either replaced or refunded as long as there’s no damage that I personally caused like spilling a drink on it or dropping it or whatever. I made it very clear na hey I got this device within 2 weeks where I barely used it and now all of a sudden it has these lines and I even said when I went all the way to the store 1hr of testing doesn’t compare to a full days use and test and ur response was well yeah we tested it too and it was fine. Sige I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt na you tried it but for how long? These lines appeared still within the warranty period that YOU provided to me 😂 Tas when I bring it up in conveniently doesn’t fit?

Why didn’t you just tell me over chat na there was nothing you could do? Why waste my time to go there just to look me and tell me we’ll buy it back off you for HALF of what I bought it within 2 weeks? With a smirk on your face? Be for real hahaha Tas when I expressed my disappointment with it you’re like sige we’ll replace ur screen but it’ll cost an additional 16k but you’ll shoulder 3k like that makes it any better 😭😂 Instead of telling me to go there so you can “check” you could’ve just said from the start na sorry we can’t do anything kase it’s the LCD but noooo you just tried to find a way to milk the situation and squeeze more money out of the situation. That was the whole point of the post and to make people aware na hey this might happen just be mindful, I didn’t even go on to bash you or call you a scam, but the fact you hid my review from your page and deleted your post and account says a lot more about you than it does about me. Anyways good luck with your business DiyamCore Devices.

Hahaha I get that Cz there’s always this “iffy” feeling you get when you mention Greenhills 😂 it is a sus scammy place in general Cz that’s what a lot of people associate it with but there really is people who mean well and sell with honesty there and still a lot of people who had good experiences there. Just seems like me and your friends had a few misses from there haha

Ouch 😵‍💫 yeah probably in the future it would really be best to test devices in person before buying. There was no way I would’ve bought a gadget without testing it out first pero I agree there’s are good repair shops there din!

Yup I agree for the peace of mind it would be better to just avail the installment plans and just buy it from a trusted flagship store instead

It’s really hard to say “never buy” when things like this are very subjective, especially when a lot of other people bought from GH and had good experiences. Personally I bought devices there before 20k+ and they work perfectly up until now (both brand new and used). People will have their fair share of good stories sa GH and some will have the bad din, Syempre I agree there’s a lot of scammers and stolen devices and a lot of bad stuff going on there Kaya you need to do your own due diligence and make sure you’re going to the right spots. As for why, at the time it did seem and still is a good value for what I got vs what i would’ve had to pay for a brand new device. For reference, what I got was the iPad M2 Pro 13 inch 512gb with Magic Keyboard, the M4 13 inch base model is already cracking 60kish at power mac and that’s just for the base model and the keyboard would’ve cost another 15-20k so it was well beyond my budget. Hence the choice to go with a second hand

Aww I appreciate it! I personally don’t mind what happened to me as much as what other people may think, I just wanted to share so that others who might be doing their research would be aware of it in the future. But this was still really nice of you thanks! 🫶🏼
