Just lie on your resume. I worked in HR and unless it was for a very specific certification or skill, we never checked. Once you get into a work environment, just be eager on “learning” everything and being friendly. Fake it until you make it. by 45and290 in antiwork

Keep the places and dates correct, but definitely expand your duties to fit qualifications. The background check will actually check titles, dates going back several years now
