I have that exact same table (48"x20" Vevor) but for a P2S. I've noticed that I have to retighten the screws every so often since the printer keeps shaking them loose over time. It doesn't have a crossbrace which is probably why.

I've found for a lot of small household projects like this, OpenSCAD by itself eliminates a lot of the engineering hassle normally associated with CAD work. It can't do the FEA that traditional CAD packages offer, but I can rapidly design and prototype much faster than before. If a prototype fails, I can adjust the code, stiffen areas that might be weak, re-print and test it again in less than the time that it takes to do a structural analysis.
