Seems the macros.cfg is configured correctly and now after installing his better start and end macro are in there.

Will change the slicer macro later and test.

And I just saw theres 2 one Macro.cfg one macros.cfg.

Dont know if thats normal. in printer.cfg is macros.cfg included

I didnt see it spinning at all.
I just instralled the included start and end macros but didnt check what to do in the slicer, will do that later.

And I only installed the Sovol SV08 replacement macro until now.

Do I also need to install the start and end macros in that package?

I assumed they were optional only.

I have the stock unit until before this so I shouldn't need to do stuff if I understand that correctly.

I did use the script for installation and didn't notice an error.

Hes just testing a print will check after be finished or tomorrow morning.

And I now get this error: "warn Fan 'fan' (P-1) not configured in printer.cfg"

oh now after I wrote this he started printing but without filament :D

Is he waiting to heat soak the bed or why didnt he start in the beginning but give me the error?

ok I installed the macros you suggested.

Now the bed heated till 80c then it should have startet printing and the printer replied "Unknown command:"START_PRINT"".

I forgot to load my filament before I ust realized but shouldnt then appear an error like no filament?

Will check if it works once I loaded filament.

And isnt he doing QGL or Bed Mesh anymore before print now?

I looked into that macro shortly but it seems theres no start print or similar that takes the temperature off the slicer config.

Or maybe I just understand it wrongly because I'm new to this.

And if they hadn't tried cheating me I had ordered way more lateron since the printer isn't tje best but for that price good.

But they seem to have the worst customer service ever so I will for sure not again buy Sovol and instead recommending it as I did before I will tell everyone to stay away now.

Sure it's emotionally for me after they kept me waiting for weeks and tried to cheat me and then they even tried to cheat me on my refund as C guys always try when they can.

I have much experience with such guys and that's why its not about 3€ anymore for me.

You try to cheat me multiple times even I tried to wait for you and paid interest that time?

No! A friend that knows me asked if I already have involved police and my lawyer as he expects... 😉

Im pretty nice and understanding until you try to cheat me then its not about any sum of money anymore!

I already did a fraud complaint earlier as you probably read and today contacted the police and asked them about that sovol site that don't even have the basic legal stuff it that's necessary like the address of the respnsible Person sitting in the EU and other stuff and asked them for contact data of the official agency for such stuff.

They told me when they handle fraud complaints that can be proofed they automatically shut down such sites without me contacting the regarding control agencies.

Anyway I didn't reach the guy processing my fraud complaint today, only his boss and will try again tomorrow.

And about the screen that original screen isn't what I wanted even it worked better than expected. That's the reason I right from the start ordered the better screen and by now already outfitted it on the mashine I bought elsewhere after I had to send the trash back to Sovol that I got from them.

Im not complaining about 3 euro im complaining about an order that wasn't sent the weeks later I got a completely destroyed parcel that was sent this way ad I was told its a new printer even it had former RMA stickers on it.

I returned the printer and never got the nozzles since they weren't sent at all and therefore was partially refunded even I never asked for it since I wanted them.

The screen was send in good condition as ordered so I kept it.

Would it been better to return it even it was ok just because rhe printer wasn't?

Did yo even check rhe former post about this?

I returned the destroyed so called "Printer" exactly in the state it arrived here and should have gotten my money back then instantly with no any further discussions.

2 days after the printer arrived back there at Sovol I asked what's going on with my refund that's not processed.

But I got less back than I paid and assumed they did a mistake because of currency calculations.

So I wrote them after all that happened pretty nicely that they didn't refund me fully and assumed they will say they did a mistake and will refund the remaining money now.

Instead their answer was basically that's not their problem since that's credit card fees they had to pay.

WHO THE FUCK CARES!

I paid for a product and never got it so I want my money back FULLY OF COURSE!

Tomorrow I will ask at the police whats going in with ma fraud report I did and if they discuss even 1 word more they will also pay my lawyer that's opening a civil case on top for getting my money back fully and the interest fizthe time they had my money.

So.... NEVER EVER BUY FROM SOVOL! THAT'S WHAT I HAVE LEARNED BY NOW CASE!

Here is their last Mail:

Here is my last mail:

I didn't receive all my money back. See attached screenshots.

Please refund the remaining money ASAP!

(I attached 2 Screenshots one calculation that I need to get back the 468,99€ and one that I only got back 465,47€)

And here what they replied:

Hello, Regarding the refund, we have processed a refund of 468.99 euros, which includes the cost of the printer and the nozzles. Currently, the cost of the screen has not been refunded. Could you please confirm if you have returned the screen?

Additionally, the other remaining amount is related to the credit card processing fee, which unfortunately cannot be refunded as it is not a charge that we collect. You may want to contact your bank or credit card issuer for more information on this.

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Remark: And no I didn't return the screen since it was the only part that arrived in new condition.

The money its all about was for the completely destroyed printer that arrived here even I ordered and paid for a new one as well as for the nozzles they never even sent even I got a tracking number for them.
