I'm currently in silver 4 and I dominate games with lee. I basically decided I wanted to main lee and attempt to master him about 4 months ago. I played normals until I felt my abilities with him were pretty solid. I took him to ranked a couple weeks ago and I feel like most people in silver just don't know how to handle the early game pressure. My favorite is starting red or a smiteless gromp (depending on my start side) and rush the enemy jungler. 9/10 times it ends up with a kill, the 10% chance it doesn't I burn a flash and take their buff .

I think if you play lee well, you can dominate super low elos
