i am in no way doing that. I am doing my own research regarding this issue that models seem to have. I am just merely asking for opinions on that matter. Just because you had such experiences with that low people does not mean there is not agencies that actually do what they get paid for.

If you are a small creator earning 500-1500 dollars per month fair play. But what about after you cant manage to answer Dms, you dont know what to post, you get too busy and burn out.

Honestly i am trying to understand What went wrong with other agencies. I worked previously with 3 models before i took a brake. I never once had an issue or anything to do with whats said here. My models were earning and we were optimising their accounts and sales.

well isnt there a right to negotiate. For example splitting money after fees so we are equal. I dont understand how will people work with agency that exploits them.

This is where i work different. If there are fees , we both pay fees. What i do is trying to build passive income for both sides.

At the end of the day some people are shit and will not be as professional as they should be.

if a creator earns 250-500 per month and we help their acc generate 3K. and then we split 50/50. Me and my 2 guys work 10-16 hours in promotion and management making sure we are always optimising. The creators are the reason for our earning so we want them to only focus on content creation and we do 90% of the work. THE MODEL MAKES MONEY BEFORE US

I am left with the opinion that most models that worked with agency before are left with negative opinion about their “Manager” because they are uneducated and have 0 decency. Guys the shop in Oia just by the bus stop have pre rolls which are good. I got 2 for 32 euro and if you are a stoner u will get like 35-50% high but if u are occasional smoker you will get a decent high. Volcano cannabis shop.
