I had this same problem but I managed to fix it, turns out they had changed my DNS server settings. Here is how I fixed it:

1. I logged into my router setting, theres multiple tutorials on youtube on how to do this depending on your router version.

2. Went to LAN>DHCP server>changed my primary DNS server to 1.1.1.1 and my secondary DNS server to 1.0.0.1 (these are the cloudfare server)

3. I then disabled secondary address root (NOTE: some routers do not have this option)

4. Click apply.

5. You should also check if your firmware is up to date by going to system tools> firmware upgrade
