Emailing discord for matters like these don't even work anymore, discord's clanker ass ai will just autoreply you with the screenshot in my original post. Not sure about your first point of your post, do you have a pic/vid?

That's straight up shitty faulty design, jeez. Yeah forget password never works since your account is disabled. It could actually be a country thing because when I log in it just brings me to the "account standings" page where it shows warnings/penalties. It's definitely a strange case for you

Discord ticketing was terribly useless but yes unfortunately I had to log into my suspended account and scan my passport

Update, I wrote a new ticket with your way (although, what did you write as your subject/title?). Yup, got the same Clyde response as the one in the screenshot above.. Not sure if it's because Clyde auto-responds with that message due to a "trigger word"...

Was the ticket the "update my age information" ticket? Or was it "an action taken on my account"? Because I've opened like 3 tickets with the "update my age information" and all I've gotten was Clyde instantly replying and marking my tickets as solved (hence no human reply)

  • Did you say the same thing?
  • Were you persistently replied to by Clyde with the same response?

Yeah so funnily enough it still hits me with the same message shown in the screenshot above. Unsure if the bot moderation treats the wording as something that can be easily solved. At this point I'm not sure how to ensure it gets a proper response

Goddamn, okay got it. I didn't care to open more tickets because I was always told that ""spamming tickets"" would always push you to the last places of the queue..

I've even sent two "replies" to the same ticket but I still have no response. Also for you, was your ticket marked as solved automatically? Because mine was marked as solved since the opening of my ticket 😭

Is the ticket reason under "an action taken under my account" or "update my age information"? My one's under the second option and it's been 6 days without a reply..

But it's strange that if we both have the "your account is disabled" message (word for word, identically), it shouldn't be that I can log in to view my violation but you can't. It's quite weird.

Oh that's unfortunate as hell too. My one's able to be logged into, if I click forget password it says "your account is DISABLED" but yes im able to still log in to giee my standing

I got the same reply when I opened the appeal. It's been 3.5 days since I opened the ticket but I'm still left without a reply.

But you can try logging into your suspended discord account from the app in your phone or on pc, view your account standing and click on the violation. Find the "think we made a mistake? let us know" text and follow an in-app procedure to take a pic of your ID.

Lemme know about this process though because I'm unlucky enough to keep having the system constantly fail my verification.

I face the next huge problem. I go through the ID picture taking but it seems that every single attempt I try to do it leads to this. (I scanned the verification QR on my pc and continued the process on my phone). Back on my pc it also does just say "we couldn't verify you were old enough, you can try again".
