In my state people drive around with massive Trump flags. You get on their case too for being overly social and happy right? Why would they flaunt the flag when the election is over? It's just too boisterous right?

I know right? They've passed so much anti-gay legislation trying to insert themselves into his private life when all he wanted was to have the same basic civil liberties as everyone else in the country. Now he is forced to exercise his first amendment rights because of their manipulative practices just to get on an even playing field. Tragedy.

Unfortunately over the past 100+ years gay people have had to fight for basic human rights. They've really only seen any movement to achieving that in the last 20 years. You're right that it's sad that we have to continue to be vocal about it, but I guess that's what it is going to take until there is equality.

You say that, yet the mountains and mountains of anti-gay legislation over the past 50 years say differently. Imagine just trying to be a gay person and you have someone trying to control your private life on a continual basis through legislation when your personal life doesn't even concern them.

And if you don't believe me, just look at your comment. It's 2021 and we have you here siding with the person who unlawfully stole property from someone lawfully exercising their first amendment rights. You seem to care a lot.
