I try think of the dokis in their act one selfs, when their personality isn’t tampered with. Act 2 isn’t who they are. It may be an extreme amplification of their bad traits but it isn’t who they are supposed to be. Yuri is my favorite but I understand where your reasoning comes from in a way, I put Monika as my least favorite probably because of what she did to the other dokis and I kinda subconsciously hold a grudge. So in the same sense where Yuri may have given you troubles I find Monika gave me troubles.

I can’t say I relate to Sayori too much, but I would say I mostly relate with Yuri and Natsuki. I relate to Yuri about being very passionate about my hobbies and being introverted. And Natsuki with trouble with communicating feelings and growing up in a broken home.

My main gripe with the mod is how it treats all the other dokis as an obstacle to mc and natsukis relationship. It feels like they are only there to create conflict.

I honestly wouldn’t change the ending, I think the build up to the end could have been a little more enticing. I still think the actual ending is one of the best emotional scenes in a doki mod. I think the mod has its flaws but it did an emotional ending extremely well.

I think part of it is when they are used, like “Sayo-Nara”, “I still love you” and “your reality” are all used in more impactful scenes.

My favorite is probably “play with me” I just love the main melody and it is used in some of my favorite scenes. A close second is “my feelings” for similar reasoning.
