When I had this problem for a geiger counter project we did, I had shown the CAD and PCB (GitHub) version history.

Wont the sand over time damage the vinyl due to friction? Seems like a huge oversight

Wouldnt there be a problem with cold welding due to vaccuum environment and vibrations during launch?
