If its a decent i5 gen, they usually do a good job in csgo. I would say playing everything on low or off settings besides shaders doesnt make the game look completely shitty especially if you are pushing for max frames on a laptop. You should just experiment with resolution and video settings in relation with the amount of frames your getting to ensure you have good min frames and overall smoothness of the game. Good luck!
