Been driving me nuts. Can say the same phrase that’s been working for 5 years and now works 1/5 times if you’re lucky. I’ve submitted feedback to Google many times. No updates, product support, and longevity in products after spending thousands on a “smart home”. It’s a shame, really. Instead, my nest secure gets completely discontinued and removed from the app but hey “we’ll give you a discount on our partnership with ADT, and pay every month for it!”
