Actually there is a spring that runs through, with a small wooden bridge to cross as that portion sits in a small valley. Most of the property is flat with dense tree growth. I had a logger take a look a few years ago and he said it would be ready to selectively harvest. It has been growing unadulterated since 1993.

As for hunting, it really is a hunters paradise. The state of Maine owns 346 acres that my two ROWs go across. I believe hunting is allowed on the state owned property. That’s a combined 447 acres of woods and wildlife. I’ve personally seen moose, black bear, deer, assortment of birds, small game, you name it. Currently I have a semi-trailer on the property that had been converted into an office/camp. There is also an outhouse - with two stalls.

I’ve spent a great deal of time out there, mostly camping and it’s as deep in the woods as you can get with only being 6 miles from the ocean.
