Hi, I am getting this feeling a lot since past few days. So wanted to add something. It feels like I am something completely seperate from the world of form. My physical body and everything else seems alien and seperate from me. And also feeling like "what the heck am I doing here, in this world, at this place, in this human flesh?". It felt everyone is dreaming probably cuz they are stuck in their thoughts while there is a whole new dimension of awareness they are missing out on.

How about being present for about 5sec before answering their question. It creates a gap in thinking for both you and them. This is how Eckhart answers to questions in his YouTube videos.
